Local Yokels

My neighbor owns the sheep farm up the road. They sell yogurt, sheep cheese and flan – “brebis” is what it’s called. They also have a dinner theater on the farm and host a community theater, this year it was called “La Bonne Planque,” and other local artists. They also have two huge white sheep dogs that bark at me every time I go for a run and an Australian shepherd that runs with me until I’m off the property. They somehow help the local Muslims celebrate Eid al-Fitr, the end of Ramadan, by providing a place to get kosher meat. That’s Cécile in the blue shirt.
